DIG SKR flags off Bharat darshan tour | KNO

'40 students of south will visit metropolitans'

DIG South Kashmir Range, Swayam Prakash Pani flagged off Bharat darshan tour for students of south Kashmir from Range police head quarters in wee hours, today. 

Forty students are part of the bharat darshan tour hailing from kulgam, Pulwama, shopian, Anantnag and awantipora. Remember under civic action program this tour has been facilitated for the students. 

Present on the occasion were ssp Anatnag, Altaf Khan, SP (ops) Mukesh khakkar, DSP, Mohd Abass, (SO to DIG) DSP head quarters ang, Mohd Yousuf, SHO ang Mohd Yousuf and other police officers. 

The students expressed happiness and thanked skr police range for organizing such a wonderful experience in the form of Bharat darshan tour. 

While addressing students, DIG skr, S. P. Pani emphasised on the overall development in the form of extra curricular activities for the youth and impressed upon all members of this contingent to enjoy and meet people of different states to know about their culture. 

He said these tours will be conducted in future too. 

SSP Anantnag, Mr. Altaf Khan too encouraged students and urged them to take part in these activities that edify overall personality. 

The staff officer to DIG skr, DSP MOHD ABBASS managed the overall tour program and briefed students. 

Remember the students will be visiting Chandigarh, Delhi too and places of historical importance. (KNS)
